Coffee Granola
Simple and tasty coffee granola.

Introduction
A great way to start the day :)
You can easily buy all of the ingredients online. All these ingredients will keep for a long time so I suggest in bulk to reduce cost.
Amazon and Rakuten are great sources.

Ingredients

| 1 litre | Large rolled oats |
| 300 ml | Large coconut flakes |
| 200 ml | Pecan nuts |
| 200 ml | Walnuts |
| 200 ml | Sunflower seeds |
| 100 ml | Sunflower seeds |
| 100 ml | Cacao nibs |
| 100 ml | Pistachio nuts |
| 200 ml | Cashew nuts |
| 2 teaspoons | Kosher salt |
| 2 teaspoons | Ground cardamon |
| 1 teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
| 200 ml | Maple syrup |
| 150 ml | Olive oil |
| 100 ml | Tahini |
| 4 tablespoons | Ground coffee |
| 2 teaspoons | Vanilla extract |
Instructions

Measure the rolled outs into a large bowl.

Slice up the pecans into large pieces and add to the bowl.

Slice up the walnuts into large pieces and add to the bowl.

Add sunflower seeds.

Add pumpkin seeds.

Add the coconut flakes.

Add the cacao nibs.

Add the pistachios.

Break up into large pieces and add the cashews.

Add the cinnamon.

Add the cardamon.

Add the salt.

Mix every thing together.

Mix the maple syrup, tahini, vanilla and olive oil into a measuring cup.

Add the coffee.

Mix it up so everything is blended and smooth.

Add to the bowl.

Mix thoroughly.

Spread out on baking sheets.

Bake at 190 degrees celsius for 10 minutes.

Mix everything to stop the granola burning on the edges and bake again for 5 more minutes at 190 degrees celsius.

Mix everything again, and then lower the temperature to 160 degrees celsius and bake for another 10 minutes.

Let the granola cool, and then store in an airtight container.
