Broccoli Soup
An easy and healthy soup.

Introduction
An easy and healthy soup using broccoli, spinach and coconut milk.
Everything should be widely available in Japanese supermarkets.
Equipment
- Bowl
- Large pan
- Blender
Ingredients

| 3 heads | Broccoli |
| 1 bag | Spinach |
| 1 | Onion |
| 4 cloves | Garlic |
| 2 | Chills |
| 2 teaspoons | Sea salt |
| 900 ml | Water |
Instructions
Chop the onion and crush the garlic.

Cut the florets from the broccoli.

Chop the spinach.

Chop the chillis (I used lemon drop chillis here).

Scoop the thickest bits of the coconut milk into a pan and fry the onion, garlic, salt and chilli until soft.

Once softened add the remainder of the coconut milk and water and bring to a boil.

Add everything to the pan and bring back to a boil.

Boil for 3-4 minutes.

Blend everything from the pan in batches.

Each batch should look like this.
