Wada Pass
One of the steepest hill climbs around Tokyo.

Apparently the steepest section is a grade of 25.4%; its certainly steep and was steep enough that I was unable to stop given the difficulty dismounting on such a steep climb!
When I climbed this road, there was a small note at the top suggesting there were two races scheduled that year to summit this road. I couldn’t find any more information online regarding if the event still happens now.
